Interpretive limit: These files reproduce disclosure information lodged with and published by the AEC. A disclosed receipt, donation, debt, benefit or association is not by itself evidence of illegality, corruption, influence or wrongdoing. Apparent duplicates, spelling variants and later corrections should be checked against the live register.

Data Centre Investigation.

Operator claims, public announcements, energy-system planning, parliamentary material and scenario modelling are identified separately.

Planning application files.

Local source snapshots from three Victorian planning matters. Applicant and consultant documents record the case advanced for each project; they are not independent verification. The Truganina Form 4 is an issued planning permit and is labelled separately.

Classification: Operator and government pages are cited as evidence of what those bodies state. They are not treated as independent verification of outcomes.

How We Got Here.

Planning history, audit findings, population data and announced infrastructure are kept distinct from the report’s interpretation.

Geographic caution: Administrative, electoral and statistical definitions of “Melbourne’s west” do not perfectly align. The report identifies the proxy or district boundary being used.

The West Party editorial.

The editorial assesses the supplied constitution and public-facing claims. Questions are not findings of illegality or bad faith.

Fairness note: Public-facing party material and any later response should be dated to the captured version. Right of reply remains open.

Candidate announcements.

This register is coming soon. It will distinguish public declarations, party endorsements and official nominations.
